Data Protection (Privacy) has come to play a vital role in today's fast moving, but technically fragile business environment. With this in mind, Qualitis is committed to protect personal data and implement this commitment with regards to the collection and use of personal data in order to ensure Data Protection (Privacy) and minimize the risk of a breach by a) preventing Data Protection (Privacy) incidents and b) reducing their potential impact. The goal of this Data Protection (Privacy) Policy is to set the framework for protecting the personal data managed by Qualitis personnel, against all internal, external, deliberate or accidental threats in order to comply with the applicable EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). Qualitis management declares a strong commitment to maintaining standards of Data Protection (Privacy) in line with its business strategy and objectives. Qualitis establishes, maintains and operates a Data Protection (Privacy) Management System to ensure that:
- Personal data/information of individuals will be: a) collected, processed and stored with adequate precautions to ensure confidentiality and compliance with applicable data privacy protection laws and regulations and b) processed only when that information is required for a legitimate business or legal reason and in accordance with the data protection principles and relevant laws.
- Appropriate technical and organizational measures are in place to protect the personal data against unauthorized disclosures or access, accidental or unlawful destruction, or accidental loss or alteration.
- A framework for establishing Data Protection (Privacy) control objectives and controls is available to protect internal and external personal data/information against any unauthorized access and to reduce the risk of unacceptable use of any of the Qualitis’ personal data/information resources.
- A risk assessment approach is adopted with regards to risk management.
- Business continuity plans are developed, maintained and tested.
- Data Protection (Privacy) education and training is available for all employees.
- All actual or suspected Data Protection (Privacy) incidents are reported to the Data Protection Officer and are thoroughly investigated.

The goal of this Information Security Policy is to set the framework for protecting the organization’s information assets against all internal, external, deliberate or accidental threats. Qualitis management declares a strong commitment to maintaining standards of information security in line with its business strategy and objectives, legal and contractual requirements and needs and expectations of specific internal and external parties that affect its information security. Qualitis establishes, maintains and operates an Information Security Management System to ensure that:
- A framework for establishing information security control objectives and controls is available to protect information against any unauthorized access and to reduce the risk of unacceptable use of any of the Qualitis’ information resources.
- The internal and external context of Qualitis is defined and reviewed periodically so as changes, internal and external, that may affect the information security are timely identified and managed.
- Internal and external interested parties are determined and requirements in relation to them are reviewed and considered for the risk assessment and risk management.
- A risk assessment approach is adopted with regards to risk management.
- Legislative, business and regulatory requirements, as well as contractual and other interested parties’ security obligations that are of particular importance to Qualitis are met.
- Business continuity plans are developed, maintained and tested.
- Information security education and training is available for all employees.
- All actual or suspected information security breaches are reported to the Information Security Coordinator and are thoroughly investigated.
- All necessary documentation, including procedures and instructions, exists to support the policy, including virus control measures, users’ rules and guidelines etc.
